Our Staff

Debi is one of our receptionist and has been with Heritage since June of 2001. She grew up in Oklahoma, but has lived all over the United States. She has worked in the veterinary field since 1981. Her favorite pastimes are traveling and cooking. She showed her first dog, a Rough Coated Collie, in grade school and has been active in showing ever since. Aside from working with the IW National Rescue, she and her husband and daughter now show Irish Wolfhounds, Spinone Itanlianos and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She also has cats. She and a co-worker in 1985 launched Tulsa's Pet a Pet program which takes therapy animals to hospitals and nursing homes to help keep and nurture the human and animal bond. Her long term goals are to continue to work in the veterinary field, to help people find their perfect pet, and to help pets find their permanent home.

Ashleigh joined our staff in May of 2008, but has had experiece grooming animals since 2004. She is actively involved with a local rescue group. 

Julia has been with Heritage since 2009. She has a background in human medicine and veterinary medicine. She is not only a veterinary assistant but she also in the inventory manager for Heritage.

Leanne began working at Heritage in 2009. She has worked in veterinary clinics for over 6 years. She received her bachelor's in pre-vet animal science in 2008 from OSU. This has been a busy year for her. She recently graduated from TCC's Vet Tech program and she is a licensed RVT.  She is a newlywed!

Karissa is a Registered Veterinary Technician that has been in the field since March 2006 and with Heritage since April 2010.  She was born and raised in Oklahoma but graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Denver, CO.  She has been married for 3 years and has a beautiful baby boy.  Her interests are horses, unique surgeries, and spending time with her family.  Karissa's family also includes a great dane named PepperAnn, a lab named Trooper, 2 cats named Kitty and Casper, and a horse named Spirit.

Chandra is one of our veterinary assistants. She has been with Heritage since the spring of 2009. She has a huge heart for animals especially her daschunds. Chandra is also quite the cook!

Born and raised in Springfield, MO where she graduated with an Associates Degree for Paralegal.  She then moved to Tulsa, OK in 1999 after family being transferred.  She decided to make a career change into the veterinary business because of love of animals.  She started working for Companion Animal Hospital in 2002 and then transferred to Heritage Veterinary Hospital in 2003. In her spare time she takes care of her 3 four legged kids.  Chyna my Bullmastiff, Tequi and Chiquita my little Chihuahuas.  She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, gardening and shopping.  

Ruthie is a kennel technician. She is currently in college and she spends her spare time with her horse and competiting in horse competitions.

Kirstin began at Heritage in the spring of 2011. She is a recent graduate of Broken Arrow Senior High School. She will be starting OSU in the fall and eventually she will be moving on to Veterinary School.

 Marie is a kennel technician. She is finishing her bachelor's degree in Zoology with the goal of working at a zoo someday. Marie has traveled the world and is fluent in French. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and pets including three large dogs. She is pictured her with Dr. Bradley's dog, Lexi.

Meet our other clinic kitty, Butternut. Butternut loves to perch on her cat tower and oversee everything. Butternut and Willow enjoy hanging out together.
