Our Staff    

Debi is one of our receptionists and has been with Heritage since June of 2001. She grew up in Oklahoma, but has lived all over the United States. She has worked in the veterinary field since 1981. Her favorite pastimes are traveling and cooking. She showed her first dog, a Rough Coated Collie, in grade school and has been active in showing ever since. Aside from working with the IW National Rescue, she and her husband and daughter now show Irish Wolfhounds, Spinone Itanlianos and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She also has cats. She and a co-worker in 1985 launched Tulsa's Pet a Pet program which takes therapy animals to hospitals and nursing homes to help keep and nurture the human and animal bond. Her long term goals are to continue to work in the veterinary field, to help people find their perfect pet, and to help pets find their permanent home. 

Julia has been with Heritage since 2009. She has a background in human medicine and veterinary medicine. She is not only a receptionist but she is also the inventory manager for Heritage. Julia spends her time either with her family, Alex and Emilee, or training for her first physique competition. She is also the proud owner of an English Bulldog.

Ashleigh joined our staff in May of 2008. She worked in retail pet stores prior to working with Heritage. She has been grooming animals since 2004. She is actively involved with a local rescue group. Ashleigh is also a wonderful gardener!

Alia has worked with Greater Tulsa Vets for many years. Alia is a veterinary assistant but in her spare time she helps rehabilitate wildlife including hawks. She is pictured her with one of her adorable Chihuahuas, Willow. 

Brittany is new to Heritage. She began as an extern thru Community Care College's veterinary assistant program. After completing her externship, we asked her to join our team!

Cassie is a veterinary assistant. She graduated from Community Care College's veterinary assistant program. She is also a newlywed! Cassie is pictured with one of our clinic cats, Willow. 

Chandra is a veterinary assistant. She has been with Heritage since the spring of 2009. She has a huge heart for animals. She is pictured here with an Animal Aid pet. Chandra is also quite the cook!    

Katie is a veterinary assistant. She likes to read and spend time outdoors hiking and camping. She has a 3 year old dog named Buddy and a 6 year old cat named Snickers.

Britt began with us in the fall of 2012. She loves animals and her dream is to become a veterinarian. In her spare time, she works with the youth at her church. She is pictured her with one of the Animal Aid pets for adoption.

Channing is a part-time kennel technician. She plans on becoming a veterinarian. She recently took part in a locally filmed movie. She is pictured here with an Animal Aid kitten.

Marie is a kennel technician. She finished her bachelor's degree in Zoology with the goal of working at a zoo someday. Marie has traveled the world and is fluent in French. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and pets including three large dogs. She is pictured her with Dr. Bradley's dog, Lexi. 

Taylor is a full-time kennel technician. Taylor comes to us from Missouri. She is pictured here with an Animal Aid kitten.

Kirstin began at Heritage in the spring of 2011. She is a graduate of Broken Arrow Senior High School. She is currently taking classes at OSU and  she will be applying to Veterinary School in the future.

Meet our other clinic kitty, Butternut. Butternut loves to perch on her cat tower and oversee everything.
